From City Railway Station/Majestic Bus Depot:
One of the city’s largest bus depots (Majestic) is located right opposite the City Railway Station. The buses that come to Nagarabhavi from this depot are:
235, 235B, 235C, 235F, 235K, 238 and 238 U.
If you do not get a bus to Nagarabhavi, it is also convenient to catch a bus to Vijayanagar and then take an autorickshaw from there to NLSIU. The distance from Vijayanagar to the University is about 5 km.

From Airport:
There is no direct bus service from the airport to the University. It is convenient to catch the Volvo bus KIAS-9 from the Airport to Majestic Bus Depot as several buses ply from this depot to Naagarabhavi where the NLS campus is located.
From City Railway Station/Majestic Bus Depot:
Ridesharing services like Ola and Uber are an easy way of commuting to Nagarabhavi and costs about Rs. 150 from the City Railway Station/Majestic Bus depot. If you hail a regular auto, an easy landmark would be the Nagarabhavi Circle. If travelling at night, or with excess baggage, or with more than three people, you may be charged more.
From Airport:
Several prepaid cabs are available from the Airport to NLSIU besides ridesharing options like Ola/Uber.

Male students: Ganga, Cauvery, Himalaya and Hoogly are the hostels for men.
Female students: Nilgiris, Narmada, Yamuna, Gangotri, Vindhyas (Annexe block) and Annapurna (Mess Block) are the hostels for women.
First year students: Students of the first year are generally provided separate accommodation and allotted shared rooms.

A total of 7 new classrooms and 2 conference rooms were constructed during AY 2021-22. These classrooms can seat between 80 to 120 students, and 2 conference rooms. The new classrooms in this Block are designed to optimise a socratic model of teaching that allows students and faculty interaction visually and aurally. The classrooms are equipped with high-quality acoustic systems, projectors, retractable screens and LED lights. Students will have access to power supply at their desks and enhance Wi Fi access at all times.
