ABOUT 

Uttar Pradesh National Law University, Prayagraj, established in 2020 by Uttar Pradesh National Law University Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no 26 of 2020) is renamed after the first President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University by the amendment in August 2023 (U.P. Act no. 11 of 2023). RPNLU, Prayagraj is the neonate National Law University where the pursuit of legal excellence aspires to meets an unparalleled environment for budding lawyers. B.A.LLB 5yrs (Hons.)

Eligibility:
The admission shall be based on the performance in the Common Law Admission Test-2026. To qualify for admission, the candidate: Must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an examination equivalent thereof, securing in aggregate not less than 45% (40% in case of SC/ST candidates of U. P.) of the total marks. The Candidates, who have appeared in the qualifying examination and are awaiting for their results, may also write the Admission Test but their admission shall be subject to the fulfilment of the above requirement at the time of admission.

HOSTEL ACCOMODATION

Students who have joined a regular course of law in the University shall be eligible for hostel accommodation for the duration of his/her course. However, allotment of the Hostel to the students shall not be a matter of right and the University shall have the discretion to allot or not to allot the Hostel accommodation to a particular student or a group of students based on the parameters of suitability and need, in the broader interest of the academic environment of the campus. Allotment of the hostel is available in single sharing, double sharing or triple sharing basis.
The hostel admission shall be renewable at the start of each academic year.
